Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BeastRAG's websites, APIs and software. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

During public beta, access is granted on a whitelist basis. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

You may not use BeastRAG to violate laws, infringe rights, or process data you are not authorized to use.

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass the security of the service.

Paid plans are billed based on usage as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeastRAG's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding twelve months.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
